GE Fridge needs major repair after 3 years!

I purchased a brand new GE brand bottom freezer refridgerator from Best Buy no more than 3 years ago. I just had to pay 255.00 for a new circuit board and another smaller part because it was not working. What a scam, the frige this one replaced was at least 40 years old ( a Kenmore) and ran perfectly. We just wanted something that wasn't brown and from the 60's. Plus the cheap plastic interior is already cracked and stained. We are very careful with our things and usually own them for a long time, so misuse is not the issue.
